Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel, Miami

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with some ups and downs. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, but the noise from a nearby warehouse was bothersome. The service was excellent and very accommodating, although the front desk could get a bit crowded at times.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they had a slight moldy smell if the AC wasn't left on. The service was decent but had room for improvement in attending to guest requests. The location was a bit far from attractions, requiring taxis, yet close to shopping malls and the airport. The dining experience was disappointing with pre-packaged food options. Overall, the value for money depended on specific preferences.

Though a bit congested, the hotel's proximity to local shops and eateries makes it ideal for shoppers. On the downside, the dining options were disappointingly limited, mainly pre-packaged and processed, leading to excessive waste, and the quality of ingredients left much to be desired. As for additional features, there was a diverse array of restaurants nearby, including the highly recommended DiVieto restaurant.
